When it comes to solving a business problem, everyone who knows about it usually has an opinion on what to do. This is good, as humans are pretty well adapted to helping each other out. But it can also become confusing when those opinions start to conflict with each other.
The thing to consider is who is responsible for solving the problem. They are the one/s who will ultimately need to make the decision on what course of action to take. So it’s important to respect that fact, whether that’s you or not and allow that person to have the final, undisputed say in what to do.
This can be difficult sometimes, it might very well be the case that you can see a clear solution to the problem, but the person responsible had decided to do the very thing that won’t solve it. But this is business, they are responsible and they have the decision to make.
